Precision MXV Force Fly Reels
The MXV Force is by far the most advanced fly reel that we have ever offered. This reel features some of the most sophisticated technology in the three plate fully waterproof drag system that is available today. There are no moving parts or bearings in the spool which locks in place directly to the frame via a five point channel on the drag plate itself. This is reliable high performance fly fishing at it's best and is covered by a full warranty to the original owner.

The MXV Precision Force fly reels are a true large arbour fly reel with a U-shaped spool to facilitate proper line and backing loading of the reel. CNC precision cut premium 6061-T651 cold finished aerospace grade aluminium have been used in manufacturing the the spool and frame. The drag setting control is effortless and easily operated by your fingertips on the low profile drag knob. Here are some of the design features of these very versatile fly reels:
- Hard anodized gunsmoke grey with a low glare finish featuring an oversized low profile drag control.
- Fully frame caged spool support with palming cutaway at the bottom for added control.
- Three individual drag plates in the drive system ensure zero inertia start up and flawless line feed.

- The drag system is completely waterproof to keep out damaging moisture and debris,
- Dual pawl system controls spool and offers a subtle line out and retrieve click to compliment the reel.
- All reels include a tool for right/left conversion and maintenance kit with replacement bearings and ring seals.
- A neoprene pouch that can fit over the reel while mounted on the rod is included.
- We are happy to set up your reel to right or left hand retrieve for you upon purchase.

MXV Fly Reel Care and Maintenance
All fly reels require some routine care. These reels are suited to saltwater use however it is recommended that you rinse your fly reel in clear water after use in saltwater. Occasional lubrication should also be performed. It is to your advantage to consistently clean your fly reels however frequency will depend upon how and where you use them.
